Cancellations, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policies

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we have implemented the following policies:

Cancellations

Please note that we require 48 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This will provide someone else with the opportunity to schedule an appointment. If you do not give us 48 hours' advance notice, the full amount of your canceled appointment will be charged to the credit card we have on file for you.

No-Shows

If, for any reason, you miss your appointment, it will be considered a “no-show,” and the full amount of the amount of your missed appointment will be charged to the credit card we have on file for you.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, your session may be continued but shortened at the discretion of the esthetician in order to accommodate the clients whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled, and the Cancellation policy will be implemented. Regardless of the length of the treatment or service actually provided, or, if you arrive 10 minutes or more late and your appointment is canceled, the full cost of the treatment or service that you booked will be charged to the credit card we have on file for you. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly, and be on time!

Only the Client is Allowed in the Treatment Room

Please understand that the treatment room contains chemicals and equipment that are dangerous to children. Because of these hazards, please do not bring your children with you to your appointment unless your child has a scheduled appointment. If you do bring your children with you, your appointment will be canceled, and the Cancellation policy will be implemented. 

Also, we have limited space in the treatment room, so please do not bring someone with you to the treatment room. They will be asked and expected to wait outside until your treatment is finished.
